Request for Proposals for Utility Scale Solar Power Plant @ S.R. 85
The City of Phoenix Public Works Department is seeking qualified individuals, consultants and firms interested in designing, building, owning and maintaining a public-private solar project development and/or a landfill gas project development for a period of 25-30 years, on City-owned land, in accordance with the provisions, specifications, and proposal instructions set forth in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
