The City and Planning Organization is soliciting a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified Contractors that may provide local match resources for the purpose of providing public transit services within the region.
Request for Proposals will be received until 2:00 pm on Thursday, February 17, 2011, at the City of Prescott Department of Public Works, 433 N. Virginia Street, Prescott Arizona 86301, at which time all proposals will be publicly opened.
Any proposal received at or after 2:00 pm on the above stated date will be returned unopened. Proposals must conform to a prepared scope of work available from the office of the City of Prescott Public Works Department at (928) 777-1130 voice or email [email protected]. The City of Prescott reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and the City assumes no liability for the cost of preparing a response to this request.
The outside of the proposal envelope shall indicate the name and address of the respondent, shall be addressed to the City of Prescott, Public Works Director, 433 N. Virginia St, Prescott, AZ 86301 and shall be marked: "Request For Proposals: Central Yavapai Metropolitan Transit Services."
A Mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at the City of Prescott Public Works Department Conference Room, 433 N. Virginia Street, Prescott, AZ 86301 at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, January 12, 2011.
