Request for Proposals for Ryan White and Prevention Services in South Central Pennsylvania
NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR RYAN WHITE AND PREVENTION SERVICES
Family Health Council of Central Pennsylvania, Inc. (FHCCP) invites proposals for the provision of care and supportive services for people infected with HIV, as well as prevention for people at high risk for HIV infection, in Adams, Bedford, Blair, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Mifflin, Perry, and York Counties, in accordance with the requirements set forth in the attached request for proposal (RFP).
It is FHCCP's objective to identify providers in the south central region for the purposes of preventing new HIV infections, identifying individuals who do not know their HIV status, and supporting individuals with HIV/AIDS so they can access high quality care, be retained in that care, and maintain an undetectable viral load.

Applicants who are not currently a part of the provider network, will be required to attend a pre-proposal meeting with FHCCP. Pre-proposal meetings can be scheduled by contacting hivaids@fhccp.org.
