Request for Proposals for Placement Services for Dislocated Workers
RochesterWorks, Inc. is soliciting proposals from private staffing firms and independent consultants for the provision of job placement services in Monroe County for dislocated workers eligible for services under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA). As a result of this process, RochesterWorks, Inc. will select organizations or independent consultants specializing in temp-to-perm and direct-hire services for a pilot program to place eligible dislocated workers in jobs for the period of May through December .
