Request for Proposals for Partnership to Collaborate on a Laboratory Information Management System
Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms to submit proposals for a partnership with the District to collaborate on a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The intent is to select one firm to partner with the District to develop a new LIMS. Proposals will be received by Steve Thompson, Laboratory Services Division Manager, at 2550 S.W. Hillsboro Highway, Hillsboro, OR 97123 until Friday, October 23, 2009 at 2:00 p.m., local time. Facsimile or electronically transmitted proposals will not be accepted. Late proposals will be kept by District, but not considered for award. Proposals will not be opened publicly or read aloud.
