The Transbay Joint Powers Authority (TJPA) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for OUTREACH CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR DISADVANTAGED AND SMALL BUSINESS ENTERPRISES (DBE/SBE) from firms or individuals with expertise in assisting public agencies and contractors to achieve small and disadvantaged business participation on contracts.
