Request for Proposals for Marketing and Graphic Design Services
The Office of Economic Development and Tourism (EDT) is requesting proposals for planning, coordination, implementation and administration of Marketing and Graphic Services.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a qualified vendor to plan, coordinate,
implement and administer Marketing campaigns that will increase visits to the Town and help grow its tourism based economy.
The selected service provider will be retained for 6-12 months, depending on budget constraints.
The Scope of Work requires the vendor to execute and manage the following services:
- Advertising Strategy and Development
- Media Planning and Placement
- Brand Development
- Graphic Design
- Digital Engagement
Specific Projects will include but not be limited to:
- Brand re-design of Town of Killington website and creative template
- Creation of targeted multi-media campaigns for special offers (e.g. golf stay and play packages),
seasonal promotions (Summer or Fall Offers) and special events (concerts, festival, and other).
Specific projects include:
o Multi-media golf marketing campaign
o Advertising summer activities and the Killington Hay Festival (Fall)
o Promotion of special events including: Killington 250

Celebration, Summer Concert Series,
Farm to Table Food Festival, Cyclo-cross competition
To support campaigns vendor would be responsible for:
- Campaign development re: strategy, messaging, design, timing and media buys
- Creative design, production and placement of online and print advertising
- Scripting and copy writing
- Creative design and production of direct mail, sales kits, promotional brochures, rack cards, posters,
flyers, banners and other collateral
- Video production: scripting, shooting, editing, graphics
- Media buying services for print, radio and online purchases
