The Salinas Valley Solid Waste Authority (hereinafter, referred to as AUTHORITY) is soliciting sealed bid proposals from qualified multi-media CONTRACTORS (hereinafter, referred to as CONTRACTOR)) to enter into an
Agreement with the AUTHORITY to provide professional educational and publicity material for various communication media to promote the awareness of the AUTHORITY and its Resource Recovery Program activities in the Salinas
Valley. Our intention is to promote the AUTHORITYS mission and creatively communicate the resource recovery and recycling program. . This will require an innovative marketing strategy to target specific audiences that have not been
receiving or have not yet embraced the resource recovery message.
The AUTHORITYs Resource Recovery Program is requesting proposals from qualified multi-media firms to provide professional services relative to the development and production of bilingual audio/visual and print projects to
promote recycling, waste reduction and reuse activities throughout our district in Monterey County.
Contractor must demonstrate the ability to identify the target audience not yet receiving or embracing the resource recovery message, and develop a strategy to create a successful and appropriate media campaign targeting such
audiences.
