Request for Proposals for Landscape Architect- Vertical Phase I Hunters Point Shipyard
This RFP is a San Francisco Redevelopment Agency MBE/WBE project.
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for the purpose of entering into a contract through competitive
negotiations for the professional services of a landscape architectural firm authorized to do business in the
City and County of San Francisco. The consultant firm must have experience in designing landscape
around large multi-family infill buildings. The Consultant will be responsible for the conceptual and schematic
design for the landscape, including but not limited to the submission of a conceptual/schematic design
package and subsequent approvals of schematic design by the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency
Commission and staff.
