Request for Proposals for Integrated Online Solutions

1. Deploy a fully integrated solution for web content management, email publishing and
eCRM (online constituent relationship management) operations. Implement state‐of‐the‐art
eCRM and CMS tools for constituency building, advocacy and fundraising. Deploy tools to
create new integrated websites or microsites as required, along with robust email capacity
for daily and weekly news editions, and ad hoc campaign messages.
2. Migrate selected existing web content to the new platform.
3. Migrate and integrate our constituent data from existing online systems and offline
sources to the new system’s constituent management database. Integrate either with
Raiser’s Edge constituent management system or Serenic Navigator financial management
system.
4. Provide training and strategic assistance in effectively utilizing these new tools to achieve
our goals, particularly the eCRM features.
