Request for Proposals for Group Long Term Care

The Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR), on behalf of the University of Arizona, is soliciting
proposals from interested vendors to furnish voluntary group long term care (LTC) insurance to
University of Arizona employees, eligible family members, and domestic partners. The selected
insurance company will work with the University and its agent(s) to offer LTC as a new benefits option
to approximately 10,700 benefits-eligible employees and other eligible participants.
