Request for Proposals for Graphic Design Service
The organization is currently soliciting a graphic designer to complete a variety of small
projects throughout the year. Projects may include invitations to events, announcements, posters,
advertising and other print and digital pieces.
The organization is looking for an individual or firm qualified to accomplish the graphic and design
requirements for the organization. Work is intermittent and will be as required for each project.
There are expected to be several small projects each year. Typical turn-around time for a project is
2 weeks, excluding printing. Contract will be ongoing and at will. Budget may vary from 1K-3K per
year
