Request for Proposals for Consulting and Advisory Services to Develop and Implement Economic Development Marketing Program
The awarded Consultant shall be an marketing firm capable of demonstrating an ability to develop and maintain a local (Victor Valley) presence. The firm will also be required to understand the principles of economic development, as well as the principles of marketing and how they apply within the economic development industry. The firm will need to have a broad understanding of multiple industries and the associated target audience.
