The East-West Gateway Council of Governments (East-West Gateway or Council) is
seeking a consultant to assist in the planning, design, and development of a regional
hospital coordination plan for the twelve counties in MO Region C (Pike, Lincoln,
Warren, St. Charles, St. Louis, Independent City of St. Louis, Franklin, Jefferson, Ste.
Genevieve, Perry, St. Francois and Washington) including our partnering hospitals in
Illnois.
