Request for Proposals for Block 1 Architect- Vertical Phase I Hunters Point Shipyard
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for the purpose of entering into a contract through competitive
negotiations for the professional services of an architectural firm authorized to do business in the City and
County of San Francisco. The consultant firm must have experience in designing large multi-family infill
buildings. The Consultant will be responsible for the conceptual and schematic design for Block 1, including
but not limited to the submission of a conceptual/schematic design package and subsequent approvals of
schematic design by the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency Commission and staff.
