Request for Proposals for Audit Services
The Organization is issuing this Request for Proposals for Audit Services to solicit responses from firms interested in providing such Audit Services related to auditing organization's financial statements and internal controls and the use of funds by its grantees and vendors, all as more fully set forth in this RFP. After careful review of responses received and associated due diligence performed by the organization, the organization will select one firm to perform the annual audits of the organization's financial statements and a second firm to
perform audits of the use of funds by the organization's subrecipients and vendors, and the organization will select a
group of consultants that shall be qualified to provide the ancillary Audit Services on an as
needed basis.
