Request for Proposals for Association Management Services
To assist in the implementation of its current programs and to further grow the
organization, MMANC seeks proposals for a multi-year comprehensive management
and administrative services contract as described in Section V of this Request for
Proposals (RFP). Provision of these services by an outside firm would enable
MMANCs volunteer Board of Directors to focus their time and attention on more
strategic work, such as programming, marketing and outreach, and policy development
for the association. This service contract would also allow for greater continuity of
administrative services given the annual turnover of most MMANC Board members and
other volunteers.
