Request for Proposals Roadway Design Services
This request for proposals seeks to identify firms or individuals that have the expertise
and experience in roadway design and construction projects.
The City of Coeur dAlene (the City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms or
individuals to assist them in the engineering design of this project. Funding sources
include U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, all project activities must
comply with the rules and regulations of HUD, and any other applicable federal
programs.
Both roadways will be constructed to forty foot (40) curb-curb sections, with sidewalk
and curbside or centralized stormwater drainage swales. Design will also include sewer
and water main utility line installations and appurtenances in the road sections.
