The Walworth County WI Sheriffs Department (Department) has determined the need to obtain a new Records Management System (RMS). To assist the County with the completion of the Records Management System assessment, RW Management Group, Inc. (RW) was engaged to review the Departments records management operations, associated equipment, computer aided dispatch (CAD) system, mapping issues and working environment. RW was tasked with developing objective recommendations regarding future equipment and systems needs. The recommendations were to consider all related factors, including projected community growth, staffing, current level of service provided, policies, and feasible current and state-of-the-art records management technologies.
