The County Public Library is requesting proposals from qualified Vendors to provide Printing services for the Central Library (Central), the Library Services Center (LSC), and twenty-two (22) branch facilities (Branches). The services described in this Request for Proposals (RFP) are to begin on or about November 1, 2011. This RFP describes the technical specifications for the services to be performed and contains an overview of the terms under which services are to be provided.
