Request for Proposals For Pavement Management System
The County is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced engineering consultants in provision, setting up and maintaining Pavement Management System (PMS) for public agencies. The services are anticipated to be complete in delivery including provision of the PMS software, installation into County network, Initial datacollection of County road assessments and staff training. The purpose of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is to provide the Department of Public Works with a comprehensive and viable turn-key PMS so that Imperial County can monitor and evaluate our road system so that maintenance and repair activities can be accomplished, including timely and effective pavement sealing, resurfacing and rehabilitation in a cost effective manner.
