Solano Regional Transportation Impact Fee AB 1600 Nexus Study, RFP The Solano Transportation Authority (STA) invites your firm to submit a proposal for the Solano Regional Transportation Impact Fee AB 1600 Nexus Study. The STA is interested in retaining a qualified and committed professional firm/team to provide services required for the preparation of the Solano Regional Transportation Impact Fee AB 1600 Nexus Study. The selected consultant will work closely with the STA, as well as the cities of Benicia, Dixon, Fairfield, Rio Vista, Suisun City, Vacaville, Vallejo and the County of Solano in the production of the study.
The final product will be a completed Solano Regional Transportation Impact Fee (RTIF) AB 1600 Nexus Study including a recommended Operating Agreement and any other appropriate instruments to formally implement the recommended RTIF program by the RTIF Fee Authority and participating agencies.
