Request for Proposals (RFP) for Insurance Broker Services

The Finance Department/Risk Management Division of the City of Phoenix, Arizona, is inviting qualified firms to submit a written response to provide Insurance Broker Services described below. A contract will be for a three-year period with two optional one-year extensions commencing on or about January 31, 2009, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein.
