GOPP is soliciting a qualified offer from a Communication Expert/Firm with a proven track record in the field of developing and executing communication strategies and action plans in the area of Social Marketing and/or Communication for Development. The Firm would design and assist in implementing a communication strategy for the Organization through different activities seeking the wide involvement of different stakeholders such as governmental and non-governmental bodies. Such a strategy would also ensure that all projects convey a coherent and consistent message.
