Request for Proposals (RFP) To Establish A Consultant Registry

This RFP represents the first phase of a two-phase process. In the first phase, vendors will submit the names and associated daily rates for each of their proposed resources as per the Resourcing Requirements section. This will be done through completion of the Vendor Response Form (see Appendix A). No other documentation is required until
the second phase.
