Request for Proposals: To Develop, Manage, Operate and Maintain and/or Propose Other Options for Park
The County is soliciting proposals to reinvent the Park from interested and qualified firms and individuals for the potential development, management, or operation and maintenance of the area outlined. The purpose of this solicitation is to tap the creativity of the private sector to explore what, if any, options may exist to redevelop the Park in a way that maximizes its resources and location, while reducing the financial burden to taxpayers of operating the Park.
