Request for Proposals: Organizational Change Process
The Community Health Center is looking for an individual or group to guide us through the process of organizational review and change to achieve these objectives. Candidates will have demonstrated experience in leading organizational change; have an understanding of the current and changing health care system; and be able to help us to reach a result within a reasonable timeframe.
