The Town is seeking proposals from neighborhood-based nonprofit development corporations or entities organized under section 301(d) of the Small Business Investment Act of 1958 for the development of approximately 42 units of affordable rental housing on a 13-acre undeveloped parcel of land owned by the Town, located off Olympia Drive, Amherst, Massachusetts (the Property)
