The Council has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for professional services relating to the organization’s information technology system.

Through this RFP, The Council is seeking professional assistance in identifying, transitioning to, and
managing an off‐site hosted/managed IT System that is integrated, remotely accessible, stable and
secure. Key organizational needs for the System include:
 Email
 Calendar and Contact Sharing
 Shared file storage, accessible from multiple offices and remote location
 Capable of running third party software used by staff throughout the organization in
multiple offices (e.g. accounting, fundraising, and time management software).
