Request for Proposals: City Website
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit bids for the redesign of the City website.
In the proposal document we are expecting a fixed price estimate for the design of a new website including a content management system (CMS). The annual cost for maintenance and support of the system should also be detailed. Proposals that include hosting by a third party may be considered. However, such arrangements must be stated in the proposal submission.
The City of Colwood shall not be obligated in any manner to any proponent whatsoever until a written agreement has been duly executed relating to an approved proposal.
