Request for Proposals: CONSULTANT FINANCIAL SERVICES
In the Air and Radiation Management Administration (ARMA), Administrative Services Division, the Contractor would perform tasks relating to budget analysis and management of federal grants under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 to include preparation of applications, acceptance of awards, monitoring of awards, financial reporting, contract management of funds and close out of the federal grant. In addition, the contractor will perform fiscal and administrative management of work related to RGGI, Climate Change and Greenhouse Gas including financial reporting and contract management support, fiscal year end close, and monthly financial reconciliation reports.
