RFP : Request for Proposal to develop an information/content rich, interactive Web site for the Timmins Transition Committee in Ontario, Canada

The Timmins Transition Committee is inviting proposals from qualified firms to create a Website. The Website is intended to be used by families in order to assist them in finding the information they need to help their child or loved one with special needs during key times of transition in their life. The site will be used to promote transition planning by providing the tools and links to agencies that can help them.

The user will be able to download appropriate forms and applications, toolkits and training material to assist them.

The Website will also be utilized by various related agencies, school board, consumers, family members and informal support workers.
