We wish to launch a website called "Who's My Doctor" by mid-November 2013. The website will enable doctors in the U.S. to securely complete and submit a template online of their basic details and allow patients to freely search for their doctor and have access to these details. The website needs to initially accommodate the details of 500 doctors with 5,000 searches per day but would need to be expanded in time to 500,000 doctors and up to 1,000,000 searches per day.
