The purpose of the Request for Proposal is for Re-Design, Development and Implementation of the City Website per the attached specifications, terms and conditions. Although the City tries to maintain continuous access to the website, service may be interrupted. Therefore, suppliers are encouraged to submit bids 24 hours prior to the bid closing. An un-submitted bid is not acceptable.
