REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR A NOTICING SYSTEM
The City is seeking a technological solution to provide a simple, easy-to-use process with minimal "clicks," returning accurate address and occupant information for noticing based on pre-defined parameters and/or user-defined parameters which are configurable by the City
staff. The required outcome is to have a web-based, map-driven solution that integrates several City datasets, including addressing and GIS layers. The output will be a list of address labels and a resultant map of project location and affected parcels within a buffer distance. In addition, the solution must provide the ability to render the Google map.
