Request for Proposal for Website Design, Development, and Launch
This request for proposals is being solicited by GSP Consulting serving as project manager on the Wall Street West
Higher Education Consortium project, which will be known as the Center for Workforce Preparedness and
Resiliency. This is project is evolving in nature and the selected vendor must be willing and capable of working
within this framework over the course of the website development.
