Request for Proposal for Strategic Redesign Initiative
This document serves as a Request for Proposal (RFP) regarding the University’s intention to hire a qualified consulting firm to conduct an institution-wide strategic redesign initiative focused on:
 Analyzing the University’s operational structure, processes and spending at both strategic and tactical levels.
 Identifying opportunities to reduce operating costs and making recommendations on how to realize these cost savings.
 Identifying opportunities to collect additional revenue from existing fund sources and seeking opportunities for new funding sources.
The University seeks proposal responses from consulting firms who have demonstrated experience in these areas; especially those firms who have recently conducted large scale organizational initiatives at public research universities, large complex public organizations, nonprofits or private organizations.
