The City has issued this Request for Proposal for an integrated document
management software system and implementation to meet the operational requirements of multiple City departments, including Building Safety, Planning and Development, Public Works, Parks & Recreation, Human Resources, Fire, Police, Finance and Management Services, and
Administration.
The City currently uses the Keyfile document management system. Since the mid-1990s, the City
has used Keyfile to manage a variety of critical documents from Police, Fire, Public Works, Building
Safety, Planning and Development, and Administration. The system currently includes
approximately 2.1 million files stored in approximately 12,000 folders.
