Request for Proposal for Financial Software
The Pease Development Authority (PDA) is in the process of completing a comprehensive review of its current strategic business plan which is to serve as the foundation to achieve alignment and execute operational goals and objectives. During the summer of 2008, a preliminary technology infrastructure assessment was formulated to identify the information technology required to support the strategic business plan initiative. The overall conclusion is that PDAs current technology approach will not allow it to obtain its goals and objectives. In fact, the current technology environment is deficient in many ways that current business requirements are not being achieved in an efficient or prudent manner.
