The "I Will Remember for You" Family Reunion Contest, sponsored by Home Instead, Inc., gave families touched by Alzheimer's disease or other dementias a chance to win a $10,000 family reunion by sharing their story about how Alzheimer's has impacted their lives and why memories are important to their family. Out of 200 entries, judges selected three finalists. Finalist videos were created and the public was asked to vote for a winner between March 28 - June 30, 2012.
Home Instead is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, businesses and organizations to provide event coordination services and related project management efforts for this family reunion. For the remainder of this announcement, this person or organization is referred to as "Event Coordinator;" it includes the lead contact person, and other key individuals who are identified in your proposal.
The "I Will Remember for You" Family Reunion will be coordinated and managed by Home Instead, Inc.'s online marketing agency, Immersion Active. The Event Coordinator will work with this agency for this Request for Proposal, estimates and contracting of services, and planning and executing of the family reunion.
