Request for Proposal for Copiers
The University of Louisville is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide
copying, duplicating, printing, faxing, and scanning to be used in support of the
University's research, teaching and administrative efforts. Specifically, the University is
requesting proposals for networked digital desktop/convenience copiers, faxes, printers,
and multifunctional devices with scanning (1 - 10,000 copies per month), mid-range (10 -
70,000 copies per month), high-volume digital duplicators (100,000 + copies per month),
pay for print, and vending card/coin-op digital copiers. (Approximately 48 million
copies/print were produced during the 2007-2008 fiscal year.)
