Request for Proposal for Benefits Broker Services
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek qualified brokers to assist the County
government with the strategic plan, design and negotiation of the most cost effective employee
benefit programs as well as the implementation and ongoing service of the program.
