Request for Proposal -- Annual Report

Each year, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) publishes its Annual Report, which highlights the organization's achievements and financial statements for the fiscal year. The past two years, the Annual Report has been published online as a PDF only. No hard copies have been printed for distribution since 2009 and there is no budget to produce printed copies this year. The Annual Report will be translated into Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish; however please note that translation services are not part of this request for proposal.
ICANN is seeking the services of one or more graphic design firm(s) to propose design concepts and provide layout, desktop publishing and final design of the Annual Report for fiscal year 2011-2012.
