The contractor will set up a CMS with appropriate templates, migrate a subset of designated content, integrate the homepage, and develop a clean, simple design throughout the site. The contractor will also integrate Salsa tools and, if necessary, extend the design template onto Salsa created pages. Social networking tools will also need to be incorporated into the site.

Additionally, the contractor will develop a smaller microsite for a campaign that will be launched in October. We will want to house the microsite on the same CMS, utilize Salsa tools on the site for sign-up, create a blog, and tie in social networking tools.
