Request for Proposal - Website Design and Development
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit submissions from qualified consultants to undertake the re-design and development of the Commission's website http://www.visionstoaction.ca Proponents will be evaluated on their experience, technical expertise, project methodology, schedules and fees to provide the goods and services for this project.
The site should be capable of handling large quantities of complex information. It must be both highly functional and aesthetically pleasing. Driving the site will be a content management solution that is scalable, stable, secure and user friendly for administrators. The site must be capable of providing tools including, but not limited to: eNewsletters, photo galleries, fillable forms and questionnaires, web based forums, and RSS feeds.
