The Organizations are seeking to procure the services of a contractor through a fixed priced contract to develop a comprehensive set of requirements documentation to define and structure the connection between states' Unemployment Insurance and Workforce Systems business processes. These documents will outline both existing system infrastructure of six partner states, "As-Is," as well as newly defined
business processes and system functionality, "To-Be."
NASWA and CESER-ITSC is requesting vendors to submit detailed proposals, including task descriptions and pricing, for the services requested in the RFP documents below.
