Request for Proposal - Strategic Planning
RFP must be requested by March 19, 2010
The Health Centre requests proposals from experienced individuals, organizations or teams to design, lead and provide skilled facilitation of a multi-phased strategic planning process, including but not limited to:
work with the Executive Director and the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors to develop a strategic planning process that will incorporate consultations with key stakeholders (community agencies, clients, volunteers, staff members);
work with the Executive Director and the Executive Committee to ensure that the Strategic Plan and 20 Year Vision Strategy is aligned with the South West LHIN Integrated Health Services Plan and the Blueprint Report, as well as requirements of other funders;
provide a completed Strategic Plan that includes clear objectives and measureable outcomes and timelines;
collaborate with the Executive Director, Executive Committee of the Board of Directors and the Management Team, to develop an operational plan outlining the key objectives, deliverables and timelines for the first year of the strategic plan. The operational plan must be ready for implementation April 1, 2011.
