Request for Proposal - Rising Sun Energy Center in Collaboration with the City Of Berkeley
The partnership is seeking a highly motivated individual, with outstanding writing skills to write a concept paper, design a business plan and develop a funding proposal to support the development of this residential energy-efficiency resource center. The partnership is looking to have all three deliverables must be completed by March 2009.
