Request for Proposal - Newsletter Printing
The City wishes to produce a quarterly newsletter for citywide distribution to approximately 24,000 households. We are requesting proposals from qualified printers that will accept Microsoft publisher files produced by the City and print the quarterly newsletters for the October 2010, January 2011 and April 2011 newsletters. Minimal specifications are included; however, vendors may offer additional suggestions that would result in a quality newsletter at lowest costs. A copy of the proposed layout
will be emailed to interested vendors upon request.
