Request for Proposal Student Management System
Unified School District 259 - The Wichita Public Schools (hereinafter referred to as USD 259) will accept proposals for a Student Information System.
Carefully review this Request for Proposal, it provides specific technical information necessary to aid participating firms in formulating a thorough response. Should you elect to participate, Firms are to return ten paper copies and one (1) CD of their final submittal package in a sealed container/envelope to the USD 259 Purchasing Department on, or before 3:00 p.m., CS/DT, September 7, 2011. Late or incomplete responses will not be accepted and will not receive consideration for final award.
Copies of your proposal will be shared with other local (e.g., City of Wichita, Sedgwick County, USD 260-Derby Public Schools, and Wichita State University) governmental entities. Any final contracts with other local governmental entities will be consummated on a separate basis.
